Every year we throw open a free vote to all our members ... and here it is for 2019.
As a provider of healthcare it is essential that we understand what matters to our patients and that we continue to listen, understand and respond to their views.
As our members this is your opportunity to let us know your views and we've drawn up a shortlist of options for you under the three headings of Safety, Effectiveness and Experience.
This year, our priorities for you to vote on are:
Safety: 1 - reducing pressure ulcers; 2 - focussing on the occasions when our patients have to wait longer than four hours in A&E
Effectiveness: 1 - ensuring our staff are fully aware of how to identify when a patient may be deteriorating; 2 - ensuring our patients leave with the correct medication for their ongoing recovery
Experience: 1 - setting up a panel to help us develop and improve the services we provide for patients; 2 - improving support for patients with mental health issues who present in A&E
